Journal
    Editorial Standards

How Splitbox Journal decides what to publish.

Splitbox Journal is an editorial platform. Every article is written and signed by the founder. These are the standards that decide what runs.

    Facts before commentary.

Every factual claim traces to a reputable primary source or an established outlet — court filings, regulator releases, exchange notices, Reuters, Bloomberg, the Financial Times, or the primary company disclosure. Sentences without a source do not run.

    Second-order framing.

Splitbox Journal does not summarize the news. It reads the news for its consequences: what changes for capital, what changes for operators, and what sophisticated investors will do because it happened.

    Voice and tone.

Every article is written by the founder personally. Simple words. Short sentences. Quiet confidence. No clichés, no hype, no engagement bait. If it sounds like a press release, it does not run.

    Corrections.

When a factual error is identified, the article is updated in place and a correction note is appended. We prefer accuracy to consistency with an earlier draft.

    Independence.

Splitbox Journal is published by Splitbox Limited. Coverage of firms Splitbox holds or is in active discussions with is disclosed inline.
